Part-Time General Labour & Custodial Assistant
Location: TrueSpec Machining – Toronto, ON
Job Type: Part-Time / Student Position
Hours: 10–20 hours per week (flexible schedule)
Wage: $17/hr

TrueSpec Machining is a precision CNC machine shop serving OEM customers across a range of industries. We are seeking a dependable student or part-time team member to help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient facility.
Responsibilities
- Sweep and clean shop floors
- Empty garbage and recycling bins
- Clean washrooms, lunchroom, and office areas
- Complete washroom and facility inspection logs
- Organize tools, materials, and supplies
- Assist with inventory counts and stocking consumables
- Clean, deburr, file, grind, and package machined parts as required
- Prepare and move materials or parts for production
- Help maintain equipment cleanliness and shop organization
- Follow all Health & Safety, WHMIS, and workplace procedures
- Support quality standards through careful handling and inspection of parts
- Perform other general labour and shop support duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to work independently and follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Steel-toe safety shoes required
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or custodial experience is an asset, but not required
- Willing to complete required safety training and learn on the job
