Shop:
- Report to shop manager and assist with leading a shop crew of 8 people
- Assist manager in training and quality control
- Fabricate sheet metal fittings for commercial and industrial customers at fab shop
- Using machinery and equipment to bend, cut, burn sheet metal
- Insulating ductwork
- Assist with deliveries and pickups
Qualifications:
- Journeypersons ticket
- 2+ years of experience in a lead shop position
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication, organization and time management skills
- Ability to delegate tasks
