Company Overview:
Our company is a well-established organization that specializes in the manufacturing of precision components and sub-assemblies for the aerospace, aircraft, military, medical, optical and defense sectors. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand safety responsibilities such as hazard identification, and perform equipment lockout and emergency response
- Inspect / repair, troubleshooting and diagnosing machinery primarily CNC Mills, Lathe and EDM machines, such as DMG, GF, HAAS, Mori-Seiki, Okuma, Parpas, etc.
- Communicate/escalate all maintenance concerns/challenges to the Shop Supervisor
- Perform preventive maintenance procedures, to minimize downtime and maintenance costs, and manage equipment efficiencies
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience within a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Experience maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
